I know you guys have some small beef portions as there’s a scooper used to indicate the amount needed. this definitely doesn’t have enough beef tho, I can barely see it. fill the scoop up pls it only takes an extra second.
The WORST Taco Bell in middle Tennessee! NOT up to Brentwood standards with nasty bathrooms with no soap or towels ever. This is an old Taco Bell in bad need of a complete overhaul & staff change including Management. Employees are rude and condescending with ZERO customer service skills Katherine and will argue with you if your order is incorrect instead of addressing the issue. Obviously not a corporate location but definitely one with issues.
We asked for fire and hot for the sauce we got home and had diablo sauce ONLY which is to spicy for my 6yr old grandoll who loves taco bell.. she was very disappointedFood: 5/5
I eat here multiple times a week. I drive the white lexus. The Lady who is the manager is the nicest ever and they get the orders correct every time! Give them another shot if you had a bad experience in the past. Yo Quiero Taco Bell!
I love me some TB! I eat TB at least 3-4 times a week. My favorite meal is a black bean Crunchwrap supreme with shredded cheese instead of nacho cheese and a diet Mountain Dew. Vegetarian options: I don't eat a lot of meat/chicken. So I love the fact that they have the black bean options to put in the Crunchwrap, Power Bowl and Burritos!
My order: a cheesy gortita crunch, a soft taco, and a drink. Time it took to get it, with an empty dining room and a few cars in the drive thru: 20 mins.
Waited about 20 minutes for a Crunchwrap. They were clearly understaffed, with 4 people total in the store, one of whom appeared to be a trainee. Ultimately, the Crunchwrap was just ok. I got a coupon for a free taco, but God knows that might take a half hour. And for what? A free taco? I'll come back when they put Mexican pizza back on the menu. Until then, keep the taco.
Decent food. Slow service and not too friendly. They messed up my order and not happy to recover the mistake. Restaurant is dirty.Food: 4/5
One of the best Taco Bells in Tennessee. I really like how they roll the burritos so they arent just layers of individual ingredients. Parking: Parking is of similar quantity to other Taco Bells.
Please change out your gloves after wiping your your gloves on your clothes and to the other worker you dont go back to the office area while you have your gloves on and thumb through a folder them come up and continue making food...101 Hand Hygiene
