I ordered a Whopper meal for take out. When I got home and unwrapped the Whopper, it was a thin gray burger on a bun. Nothing else. Nothing like their picture of it. No ketchup, mustard, lettuce or tomato. Burger, bun. I  attached pictures of it to this review. Disgusting. Trash. Fries weren't bad though.

this has to be the worst Burger King I've ever seen. The place is disgustingly dirty outside and in the exterior doors are completely covered in dust. Then on top of that, the chicken meal was dreadful with just some chicken in some dry bread. The restrooms also were dirty.Recommended dishesOriginal Chicken Sandwich

The food was just so so. We ordered on the app which was easy enough, couldn't find the value menu items in the app. the food was ready pretty quickly and was brought to me as soon as I stepped up to the counter. I placed a counter order for fries and they were done really quickly. Staff was courteous.

If there was a space for NO STARS I would use it. I am a local customer. I have never never eaten a so called burger mess like this  in my life. These people in this place need to be fired. No lettuce, Tomato, a wed soggy ban. Just a fit for a dog. I fed it to my "Coco" and he would not eat it neither. Stay away from this joint!

Employees were rude and sarcastic, they got the order wrong and acted like it was our fault that they screwed up, the receipt was correct but one of the sandwiches was wrong, when I brought the receipt and sandwich to the counter I was seen but ignored until I said that my order was wrong, and the response was "I don't know how that could happen " in a sarcastic tone and replaced it with another incorrect sandwich. While this was happening a family that spoke limited English was trying to order and the cashier was deliberately mocking them and changing the order... I've been coming to this establishment for years, usually during lunch hours with my family of four, and the service is usually very good. The young man working the register was so rude to the foreign family that I was tempted to grab him by his throat and bring him to my side of the counter so he could apologize... if I ever see him disrespect someone like that again he's definitely going to get a serious lesson in manners

First off I ordered through the app and they are suppose to be open until midnight. I arrived at 11pm to find the place closed and was unable to get the food I purchased and they took my money for. The next day I went and told them how I felt about that and a lady offered to remake the food. I went there to get the said food and my family waited an hour and half In the lobby and kept being told they were "making it". After the hour and half I went in to see what the problem was as I had my young son in the car waiting on said food and my family didn't know where it was or what was the hold up. I told them this is rediculous and forget it let's goo. They came out to our car where I then called inside to inquire where the food was they said they'd remake and someonve new had just come on shift and knew nothing about it.... very irritating and annoying

Ordered a BK Big Fish, Whopper Jr, and 2 Bacon Kings. The Whopper Jr and 2 Bacon Kings had no condiments and were extremely dry. The BK fish was inedible.So very not satisfied and will be seeking a refund.

I ordered 2 cheesy melt breakfast sandwiches and they were gross. Bread was NOT even toasted and cheese was not melted. The cashier was very nice though and she is always pleasant.

First thing in the morning I’m the only one in the drive through. I asked at the window to add the second croissant to my order for the 4.00 deal. The lady rolled her eyes gets a disgusted look on her face because of the change. Why do people have to be that way?

Some times food is fresh n hot...hit n miss. Never bad...just better some days than others.Food: 4/5
