We enjoy eating here however they always seem to mess up more than they get it right. Out of the last 5 times, they've only gotten our entire order right once. Two cars in front of me, took 15 mins to take my order and another 10 to get the food. Almost 30 mins for 2 cars Update, no cupholder and out of every drink in the lobby. All I got was a "sorry, I am not in charge of ordering those" wow...this is by far the worst jack I have ever been to
Ordered my one spicy chicken sandwich no tomatoes with cheese. That’s it! Easy enough right… well good thing I checked my sandwich prior to leaving the parking lot because I received a grilled chicken sandwich extra tomatoes. Walked into the establishment the “manager” knew I received the wrong ordered and told the staff how important it was to make sure the orders are right. She proceeded to hand me my sandwich, I specifically asked her again is this a spicy chicken sandwich, no tomatoes with cheese she said yes “that’s it”. Great on my way! Not…..I get to my car to take a bite because and this point I’m so hungry. It’s a dried spicy chicken sandwich extra tomatoes, no cheese . Went back in, she ignored me for a bit until the other employee approached me. At this point, I just want my money back, a little attitude I received but lesson learned. Never again! Do better I get people make mistakes but this is complete carelessness!
Haven't gone there in over 3 years because food and service sucked. Got coupons in mail so we decided to try again. Wouldn't take the coupon husband got home half the food missing. Call said they had it waiting. So im sure it all will be cold wast of time and money.
It is definitely not as good as what it once was. The staff that "helped" me seemed to be having serious back pain...told me to park and she would bring my food and drink out....waited 10 minutes for my food.... received cold food and still had to go in after waiting 15 more additional minutes just to obtain my drink...which was a large but she seemed to think it was a medium. I think she was just in too much pain to deal with anything. After all that she kept telling people that the coke was out of stock...but it wasn't
Went to the Jack in the box in Pahrump. First time in a few months. Had always been clean and well attended to in prior visits. This time I was Very disappointed. It was dirty with unclean table tops and floors. I saw 5 employees behind the counter just b.s.'ing with one another. There was at least 1 more person by the preparation tables. The ultimate cheeseburger was not as good as past purchases. I probably won't go back. I'm so sorry because I have been going to Jack in the Box for more than 50 years. Yes, that is the truth.
It takes forever to get order placed in drive thru. Then was told after paying to go sit in front of the building when I was the only one in the drive thru. Then took 15 minutes to get food while I sat in front of the building while not being told why I waited so long. This also happens everytime. Lack of customer service and common communication.
The food here was absolutely terrible and the staff were rude. I would suggest checking your food before we leave the drive thru. Some of our orders were made incorrectly, and the French fries were so soggy and greasy it was like they were just one big clump. When bringing up the issue we had with our food we were met with eye rolls and deep sighs as if we were an inconvenience.
First time and the spicy chicken sandwich was pretty good! Fries were also tasty. I'm not a big fast food person so I was pleasantly surprised. Also super clean!!
They were short manned but still did a great job getting their customer's orders completed.Food: 5/5
