We ordered our food, the screen was not correct and tried to tell the woman it was not. She said the total and completely ignored us. When our food arrived, the young lady was not pleasant at all. Even though she was rude to us, we still have a tip. Before we left, we looked through the bag of food to make sure everything was there. Minus the item we got cut off from ordering, everything was there. The burger was cold, tater tots had way too much salt on them and the fries tasted like they had sat around from earlier in the day and not even close to being hot. The burger was supposed to be pickles and mustard only and got the exact opposite... Mayo, ketchup, lettuce, tomatoes. And the supersonic burrito was so runny that it made the tortilla soggy. The churro shake that was ordered was so full that the lid barely fit on it and caused some of the shake to spill all over the place. Regardless of the mistakes, the burrito and burger was eaten, after everything was basically scrapped off of it. This is one of several times this has happened. We will probably not be returning.
Please either replace or repair ur speakers inside, having to repeat ur order multiple over multiple times gets extremely frustrating!!
One time I found a twisty tie in my burger but I ate it anyway. Service with a smile and nice atmosphere.
More than half of the stalls are closed some of the ones that are open you hit the red button amd can wait 20 min and never get a response so i would assume they are not working either. drive thru closed. Takes forever. Car hops have to go inside to get your change wait is even longer. Use to be a great place for a quick stop hoping things come together soon
They need to get better people who work there and run the business. Every time I call to place my orders no one answers the dam phone. It's like when the boss or owner is not around the just play around and not answer the phone. I think that they need to have someone who will always answer the phone and take orders. They are going down hill with that business and I don't want to see that happen. Or they need to do some house cleaning and get rid of the ones that don't want to work and just play. And put people who do want to work and take pride in what they do. And they need to get better on giving you the drinks when you order a coke sometime it's a diet instead. And sometimes their hamburgers are over cooked. They really need help badly
Use the app to order 1 drink and spend an hour in line because they don’t answer the mic in the drive thru. Horrible service.
We have given this Sonic a few chances since the new ownership. Every time we have been disappointed. Today, my Chicken Slinger was not good. The sandwich came with 2 tops to the bun, instead of a top and bottom. One of the bun tops was burned and both tops were chewy and rubbery. Not sure I will try anything there again. If Sonic doesn't shape up quickly, they will lose this town's support.
Sat at the window today for literally 12 minutes and received burnt tater tots. I mean sure life is bigger than tater tots- but I felt compelled to take the time to leave this review. In a town as small as Ulysses, there are not many options. So it would be great if the few we had, were worth a damn.
Sadly the food just doesn't taste great here. The food is so overcooked that it's almost burnt. My tater tots were so hard I instantly just threw them out. Such a waste of a ton of money, this food is not cheap to have to toss it because it's inedible
Stopped through on a road trip for a quick lunch. Loved that they had a grassy space to run around for a little bit and stretch our legs. Between the 5 of us, we ordered burgers, fried chicken, and grilled chicken - plus fries and tots. Burgers and fried chicken were really good. Chicken strips not great. Fries were really salty. Grilled chicken though - so awful. The chicken was rubbery and the sandwich had no flavor. No one in our group would finish it. Sonic is worth it. Just stay far away from the grilled chicken!
