We went through the drive through and only ordered 3 things. They told us to pull ahead cause they had a wait on the chicken. We waited for 20 minutes and then decided to go inside and figure out what happened. The employees were rude when I showed her my receipt and said that we were told to pull forward and still haven't received our food. The lady said we were probably pulled around to the other side of the building (which we didn't- we pulled forward exactly where she said and pointed). She then looked around the corner and brought back two bags. She didn't even say anything. She just turned around and walked away. No one else said anything so I was confused if that was actually my whole order. I got back out to the car and they forgot the dressing to the salad! The salad was also turning bad! I've a patient person but I've never felt more disrespected at a restaurant.

The place was filthy, worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Their were flies everywhere, the building had a weird odor, and the bathrooms were disgusting. The workers were antisocial and unwelcoming.

Ordered chicken parmesan grilled, started eating it, found out it was fried not grilled, let the staff know that my ticket also showed Grilled she said I should have let them know.  After I just showed her it was fried, how much more clear could I have been.

Even though no-one was in the place and there was loads of staff, it was dirty. No clean tables. It was just grubby.

I went there yesterday. The establishment was clean and had a very friendly staff!
