Good cheap lattes. With a lot of jobs in the region, it's hard to get good employees for service and quality so paying $13/hr for anyone that would be full time and they can pick their shifts. Smart move from management.  Had a special order made incorrectly and the manager was very kind and added a pie as apology.

They were not sure about a military discount.  They went to check and came back saying it was "pointless" because it was only 10%, but would not even give the military discount because it was too busy.  Saving any money is never pointless for me...  They also ran out of happy meal toys, but offered a cookie in return.  The fries were too salty for my wife who loves salty food.  The employee giving us our food was nice and friendly.

Relaxing. Staff was very helpful and kind. The only thing that I thought was inappropriate was someone sweeping the floor when a lot of customers were getting food and many were eating. I don't think the health department would go for that.

It was really busy and I didn't think we had to wait long for our food but they felt bad and gave us tickets for free apple pies.
