Where to begin? I ordered my food and waited 15 minutes for my food. The girls on the line saw me waiting and were looking at me talking about me in Spanish. Other people speak Spanish too pendejas. So my burger was made and i watched it sit there for ten minutes getting cold while the fries were Beth over salted and left in the warmer. The lazy girl behind the counter finally brings my tray up to me with the speed of a sloth. Then offers me 3 packets of ketchup. After everything i had been through i stared at the ketchup in disbelief. So i open up my burger and the top bread crumbles before my eyes like the dream i had of having a great Texas double whopper before i entered this disgusting establishment. Do not waste your time, your money, or your short lunch break. They ruined my life!

Sometimes rude staff, long waits and dirty dining room. Otherwise, good food. And sometimes has good staff and shorter waits. I would recommend McDonald's over this specific Burger King.

Slow rude service ..we asked for side order of chili we were charged 60 cents each for 2 small ketchup container. They wrapped them in seran rap tandem threw tthem in the bag. .when we cked our order the ckili was spilled in our bag .I asked the 3 girls a the window why they they don't have the popper container.they just laughed and said I can re do the chili and just hand it to you..horrible service.

We go there once a year hoping that it will get better. It wasn't. New chicken crispy sandwich was burnt.

Used to be a great place to eat. Until they started serving hard hamburger buns
