I seldom shop Smith's for several reasons...I have always had poor experience with the store brand/Kroger. The practice of overpricing brand name products and 'sale pricing' Kroger in attempt to push store brand is prepugnent.  Secondly, you case sales Are Not what my family needs nor wants...bye!

Older location. The inside doesn't have a negative impact on service or products. Very decent amount of Gluten Free options throughout the store. Great service. Deli people are happy to assist customers.

Terrible customer service no one to help me. Some woman, I'm assuming that was in charge of the employees on that shift, told me when I walked in that it would be a 10 min wait. Ok I said thats fine. 20 min later I decided to leave customer service would've been closed in 5 min anyways. This rude women that was in charge not once made any effort to apologize for the inconvenience. She said nothing as I walked out. I'll damn sure never go back to Smith's. I cashed my check there twice a month and shopped there at least 3 times a month not to mention I bought all my gas there also. I'd rather take my money somewhere else rather than deal with her again. That's ashame also I really enjoyed doing business at Smith's. I spent $300 to $500 Everytime I went in. At least I use to. Get rid of her and I'll be back doing all my shopping at Smith's but not until then that's for damn sure. Sorry but she's a problem I think you should really fix. Before you lose more customers like me.

Found everything that was on my list easily and effortlessly. Checkout was fast, problem free and all the advertised sale items were programed into the computer correctly.  Cashier and bag people were friendly and helpful. This was a pleasant trip to Smith's.

Couldn't ask for  better place to shop at  its the best in town don't change a thing its always clean and stock with supplies and always clean  when we ho in thank you keep up the goodwork
