This branch has a manager named Melissa that I wouldn't let run a roadside lemonade stand let alone a Burger King. I ordered an original chicken sandwich meal and asked for the sauce to be substituted (because I don't like mayo).. I was met with a "No, she couldn't do that". So I explained how to punch it into the computer, given the fact that the Big Rapids BK has absolutely no problem doing this. "Fine whatever" I what I got in return as I finished my $37 order, ordering for my whole family. When I got to the first window, I found that I was charged .50 for xtra sauce.. That's fine, .50 well spent to get the sandwich I wanted. When I reached the next window I was met with rudeness, my drinks almost being tossed in my vehicle and this "Manager" rolling her eyes and staring me down. I felt maybe I should apologize for stopping by spending my money and making her do her job...?? Coming from a person that managed a fast food restaurant for 7 years and has lived customer service, this Melissa would never come in contact with another customer... She would flip burgers in the back, or I would advise she gets a job NOT in customer service.

I don't usually review let alone give a bad one. But, this is the WORST burger king I've ever been to. Girl at window was rude. Had to take my chicken Jr inside cuz it was uncooked and soggy. The lady at the counter was rude and never apologized at all. I never seen one smile on anyone's face. Very unprofessional and rude. It could use a good cleaning as well. I'll never returned to the BK again!!!

Clean, fast and cheap. Folks working the counter are polite, the back looks clean and maintained... food is prepared fast, and isn't a hot mess when you unwrap it.

July 2017. Stopped here when passing though town, returning from a camping trip. Friendly staff and fast service. They did a great job of handling multiple groups that arrived all at once. Food was hot, beverages were cold.
