a very disappointing breakfast.  The steak wrap normally has egg, cheese, peppers and is seasoned well.  Not a bit of cheese, the steak tasted like dog food smells.  I went through drive thru. Just under  $8. After getting home, took 2 bites and could not stomach anymore.  So frustrating. Consistency is a must. My pockets are $8 lighter and .y stomachs still growling. The bright side is the coffee was good.

Didn't have what I wanted (bold flavour of the day)and then made me wait at the drive thru window 5 minutes after charging my car before handing me my drink that was already made.

They always tell me their sparkling water (fizz) doesn't work. I love my drinks fizzed.
   I wonder how many people can't get sparkling drinks because this location doesn't like using the machine. 
Once they said they lost the lid.

Needs new manager and employees.
They never seem happy to serve.

Edit: No longer have sparkling option.
Drive thru difficult & usually park down in lower lot.

 Prefer Starbucks in Waxahachie Target store. Much friendlier people.

Just moved to this area and when i ordered my venti mocha raspberry frap i got a choclate water with no sweetness i was headed back to oklahoma to bring another loaf back to our new home so wasnt able to turn around all the staff that have waited on me in the past few days get very irritated with me if my drink is wrong cooporate or owner plz do something to remedy this because im a twice daily coffee and chai drinker who spends $20 a day on average i would hate to drive farther from home but i will!!!! My Sherman Tx baristas spoiled me wrotten and i wont settle for less and by the way all you baristsas at this store who r irritated by ur customer's wanting their drinks done correctly
We r the ones who pay ur salary and the better you treat ur customers yhe more tips u will get!!
