Came in at midnight to order the 2 burgers/fries/drink for $3.50. was told I could not customize the burgers. Ordered the same thing from the BK in NOHO and was able to customize it a week earlier. Fries were fresh, burgers were room temperature. Their soda machine also does not filter the water before use, as anything you get still has a heavy taste of chlorine. Would not recommend.

Very bad customer service, extremely nasty adittude. Manger name Tiffany was extremely rude on the drive through!!!

The equipment to do burgers was down. Had chicken sandwich instead which wasn't hot. Decor was beautiful clean and bright. Employees were respectful and apologetic. Outside could use some greenery flowers and trees.....too much blacktop and no boundaries from other properties. Outside tables would be nice. Check out the new Dunkin Donuts in Haydenville Mass....their outside patio ...a wow factor!

very poor service, had to wait to even order and not any cars in parking area...food was nasty looked like they throw the hash browns back into the fryer to reheat for it was one big greasy clump...never go to that one again!!!!

If there was a zero star option I would choose it terrible customer service and the staff was rude and gave me dirty cups and it is dirty here
