I have ordered here twice and I will never order here again, worst Chinese in Holyoke, and to make matters worse, the last time I ordered they gave me the wrong meal and expected me to take it anyway, when I said no, I would like my original order, the took 15 more mins to make it and white chunks of chicken I was expecting were actually really brown deep fried chicken that must of been fried in very old oil, and tasted like fish, the french fries tasted like fish too and were brown, no appolige nothing, they just looked pissed off cause I wouldn't take the messed up order

The women that takes up the orders by phone is very rude she hang up on my face very horrible costumer service, im never buying anything at Golden Chopsticks Holyoke again. Also prices are very high compared to other chinese restaurants. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The pu pu platter is great!! I ordered general's chicken tonight and it was almost inedible! Dry, overcooked tiny pieces of chicken. No sauce. Two mushy pieces of broccoli. I'm just going to stick with what I know. Fried rice, lo mein and put pu platter are good!

This is the nastyest place to eat..mi french fries where done on 2 month old oil. Can u tell by looking at them ..they tasted like old fish..its my first and last time i by ore eat from this place..y really dont recomend this place..is NASTY...FOOD

The prices are very high plus the dinners are very small . 9 small pieces of general chicken and rice for almost $9 . The broccoli is always cold and not cooked in the beef and broccoli. General tso chicken is like string when you chew it you can't even swallow it after you chew without being scared to choke on it. The lady that answers the phone isn't polite at all. Once again I order chicken wings and ask for hot sauce and they always forget but im paying $40 for food . Dissatisfied.
