The waitress was super nice and the manager was nice as well. Very friendly place. The good was amazing. The burgers are awesome and the bacon jam was freaking awesome. The shakes were great as well... 😉

Shakes provided the visual WOW factor that we went for. The burgers were absolutely *perfectly* cooked and crafted. Based on food alone it is 5 star. Two hour wait to be seated is long but they use a great app that gives you real time updates on where you are in line so that you don't have to stay on site and you have a pretty good idea on when you are getting seated. I might wait close to 2 hours for that perfect burger.. especially if i'm prepared to wait that long. Long service times between ordering and receiving food. it took 30-40 minutes after ordering for main course and another 30-40 minutes for shakes. Table of 3 took just under 2 hours from sit down to check for a burger,fries and a shake. Overall fantastic food if you're prepared for the 4 hour dinner excursion.

A solid place for a burger. The wait time is worth it. Have always gone with a group of people and the food has always been fantastic. The drink menu is not vast but it does have good choices. Save room for the shakes as they are great!

Started the meal with one of their many beers on tap. Then dove into the Bavarian pretzel that was awesome, till we had a grainy cheese sauce. Finished it up with the 'Brooklyn Bridge' burger that was cooked to perfection. The corn beef on top was tender and juicy as well. The overall experience was great. It's on the higher end of the price range but I thought it was definitely worth it. Edit: Forgot to mention the very friendly and attentive service that I received.

Milkshakes were tasty... had them for takeout. Definitely need to work on takeout presentation. I paid 10$ for a milkshake I could've got at friendlys for half the price. Was looking forward to the presentation and didn't receive it.
