Located in the heart of the bustling Rockville Centre dining scene, the all new Salsa Mexicana's lively dining room and friendly bar is already serving neighborhood regulars and culinary industry insiders to great acclaim.

Since 1981, Chef Owner Art Gustafson's vision of high end quality cuisine paired with reasonable pricing has lead to a family of excellent restaurants all located here in Rockville Centre. Widely considered a chef's chef, he looks at cooking as a lifestyle and a way of life. This garners him the respect and kudos from many of the local chefs who dine regularly in his restaurants.
