I was referred to Burke Smith Law by a trusted colleague.  My experience from the beginning was positive, non-threatening and very comfortable.  I had come to the decision to take this action long before I had my first appointment, once I was there the process flowed easily and comfortably.  Dana made the whole experience smooth and stress free.

Burke Smith made this difficult decision an easy process. He was with us every step of the way for questions, concerns, and misgivings on the process of bankruptcy.
