I want to personally recommend Philip Katz to anyone in the Omaha metro who is looking for a professional, intelligent, and caring divorce lawyer. I have lived in Omaha for over 50 years and I have hardly recommended anyone for any public services in all of that time. Philip understands the complex issues with a divorce when children are involved and two lawyers are trying to get the most for their clients. A lawyer with common sense and a level headed approach is very important when you are going through a divorce. Many years of experience help , of course, but Philip had the integrity and compassion before he gained the years experience working with couples going through the divorce process. I have personally worked with thousands of clients over the last 30 years, and few professionals have the integrity of Philip Katz. Unfortunately, you can do a whole lot worse in Omaha choosing a divorce lawyer, but you really can't do any better than Philip Katz.

I couldn't have asked for a more supportive attorney during a difficult time in my life. Philip was great at explaining how the system works, especially as it pertained to my case. He was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls, which did a lot to put me at ease. Above all, he is a compassionate and understanding person who genuinely cares about the welfare of his clients. I never felt like I was just one of his cases. I would highly recommend Philip to others in need of this service.

I feel very fortunate to have had Philip represent and help guide through an extremely strenuous situation. Philip was very empathetic and kept my child's and families well being in mind throughout the court proceedings. Philip is, understanding and most importantly honest. From our initial meeting my Fiancé and I felt comfortable and knew that we could trust Philips knowledge, expertise and ethics. I highly recommend Philip!

If you looking for a dedicated lawyer who gives you the best advice and stands for you tooth and nail, then Mr. Katz is the one. I had problem with my ex after the court verdict was issued. I hired Mr. Katz based on the recommendations of a friend of my friend. Mr Katz got me the results I expected. Should I need a divorce or custody related lawyer, Mr. Katz is the one!

For us, choosing a family law lawyer was similar to parenting. We wanted to do it right the first time and know it would be successful.
