This attorney helped me a lot. He literally answered every one of my questions and was always available even after hours. I couldn't have found a better attorney. I screwed up and got 2 Dui's but he helped me out. I appreciate him and Josie. She was very helpful as well. Thanks for keeping me out of jail guys!

Tom was fast, efficient, and really helped me out with a case that was a wrong place, wrong time situation. I am more than happy with what he was able to do for me and his price is more than reasonable. His paralegal, Josie, was also extremely helpful with anything that I needed. I always felt like a priority to them both and my case was happily resolved in a mere two-three weeks. Every case is different, but I believe Tom has the right knowledge to do what is in your best interest. If you're looking for a lawyer who knows what they are doing, this is the guy to trust!

A friend was facing some serious charges. I called Tom's office on a Saturday and got immediate action. The charges were handled with a fine and he didn't even need to come back to Court! Tom is an excellent attorney and a nice, easy guy to work with. Thanks!

My daughter was falsely accused of assault while visiting a friend in Nebraska. Our home town is Texas. I had no clue who to contact to help us in Nebraska. I located Tom Petersen's website through a friend of mine that is an attorney here in Texas. Tom Petersen was absolutely amazing. His prices were outstanding, and he made it so easy to work with him from Texas. We only had to make 1 trip to Nebraska and that was for the final court date, which he was able to get the entire case dismissed! I would highly recommend Petersen law firm! A+ in my books!
