This place has a great selection of boots and a great staff. Adam really knows his stuff when it comes to safety related acronyms. This is the place to get your boots and good prices.

Just go to Boot Barn and don't support unethical business owners. I totally agree that this place is not worth your time or money! I knew the girl that used to work there who was dropped from the schedule without any explanation. When someone actually says 'they are too rich to care' what people think of them...it's probably time for them to retire. They talk about disgruntled ex-employees like they were bad apples but the truth is that they are cruel to the people that work for them. They don't train properly. There are grown women working there that act like junior high school bullies. Even the owner acts like a bully to new people. I happen to know that they have a huge turnover rate for a reason! I also know for a fact that the owner Diane went on and posted the good reviews that they have to try to counter the bad reviews that they are actually getting from past employees and customers alike. I wouldn't shop there even if someone handed me a hundred bucks and said, "here go to the Burlap Bag" and buy something. I would rather not give any type of support to this business because they truly do not care about their employees and are extremely rude to their customers. They have gone through so many people, they make McD's look bad! Perhaps if they treated people like actual human beings...why don't they see that the common denominator is NOT all of these employees (and there are a TON of them)...but rather themselves, because they treat people like Pigs Poop. Don't support business owners who don't care about their community, their employees and their business ethics.

Staff was great especially Adam and the other guy-wonderful service and fine big selection. Adam is really nice. As is the other guy whose name I can’t remember . Not my son and I found exactly what we were looking for.

Purchased new pair of work boots wonderful selection and good prices.My associate helping me was Adam he did a great job new details about the different boots quite helpful good experience.

10-STARS!!! The staff in both their 32nd Street and Outlet store are by far some of the kindest and most helpful people we have run into in a very long time. I have purchased a combined total of 10 pair of boots from their stores; 1-pair of steel toe work boots for my son, 1-pair of boots for my daughter-in-law, 2-pair for myself and 2-pair each for my three grandchildren. They were so patient with my three grandchildren roaming about and I must have had 5 pair of boots I was trying to decide between and never once did he act like we were a problem, a bother or an inconvenience!! The boots are high quality, name brand and so affordable it blew my mind! They have gone out of their way to help me and I will always go to them first for boots for my family!
