While on a business trip to Colorado Springs at the famed Broadmor, I stopped in to the little store drawn in from the awesome socks in the display window. I went in and was greeted very nicely. I purchased the socks. the next day I stopped in again, to get a more thorough look of the store and bought two pairs of jeans. I am from out of state and the jeans were sent to me, perfectly tailored to my measurements. I was so impressed with the quality of jeans, I ended up buying two additional pairs. Even though I live 2000 miles away, my experience will have me coming back, in person or via phone. Thank you Terra and Luke!!!!

The best shopping experience I could have imagined getting fitted for some high end cowboy boots. Cindy went out of her way to get the proper size to try sent over from another store and provided the most awesome, welcoming customer service I can remember. I can enthusiastically recommend shopping with these folks at The Broadmoor!

Wonderful experience the second I walked in the door. Luke immediately came up to me and was very friendly and helped me to create my first custom suit that I wanted. He also gave great feedback and was very honest about everything. I will continue to shop at Rutledge's when possible.

Went in looking for a new tie. Looked like a nice shop and I'm a big fan of supporting the downtown merchants. When I went into the empty store, the lady who greeted me immediately explained to me that the suits were all "$750 and up" and basically did her darndest to discourage me from getting any further into the shop. Now, I was on my was home from work, so I wasn't dressed to kill, but I was willing to pay for (and in quick need of) a nice tie at a retail price. Instead, I turned quickly on my heel and left, with both of us satisfied in our understanding of the situation: my business was not welcome. Hope they treat others better, but there are plenty of places who will gladly take my money and not make me feel like a rube while they're doing it.
