I'm giving Torrid 5 stars because I love the brand and this store staff are ALWAYS kind and friendly and always help me decide on my purchase. .I will say the store needs to be wayyyyy bigger. It to tight in there. BUT.... when i order online it is simply ridiculous how long it takes to get my packages....they really really need to fix that so I don't have to wait more then a week for my goods

The clothes are fine. The bras are outrageously priced, and not to mention the "sales" are a joke. If you want something from Torrid, make sure you can buy it THAT day, don't do anything online. The sales team is incompetent and doesn't know how to properly cancel an order. They are unaware of their delivery times and I feel like I've been given the run around by Mackenzie. I have been charged twice for 1 bra, and they couldn't even get my email correct, so I have no way of tracking this item. So instead of being met with understanding or any kind of answers... I'm passed off to their customer service line. Which by the way, the woman who helped me to begin with couldn't  bare to be on it long enough to even cancel the first order. So the intelligent thing to do here is to  give me, the customer, this number to try and correct their mistakes!! This is so  irritating when I went in, to speak to them in person they said it would be in the store by this Wednesday. I call them and they just told me it'll be another 14days... when I asked about the fact they charged me twice and I wanted my money back, she said no problem and to give it 3 business days. I gave it a week and still no money back in my account. I feel completely taken advantage of and their sales people won't lift two fingers to help correct their mistake. Thanks Torrid and your insufficient sales team @citadel mall... I'll never shop here again.

I was disappointed that a plus size store didn't  have larger cup sizes in the store. I essentially went to the mall to place an online order. I won't receive my items until after I need them and will have to go back to the store to try them on to make sure they fit.

I came into the store looking for a sweater and while the one I was looking for wasn't in the actual store, I learned about ship to store ( awesome!). I did notice it was taking awhile to get an update by email for the status of shipping it from the warehouse so I called and spoke with Stephanie and she helped me out. Top notch service- everyone I talked to in the store was awesome and Stephanie helped me out by phone. I think I found a new favorite store
