Where Do I begin???  I purchased a 2 pack pair of leggings from The Bakersfield store on California Ave. Tried them on when I got home.  I got them as far up to just above my knee, realizing that they weren't going to fit comfortably, I wrapped them back up to be returned the next day.  My 77 yr old mother tried to return them for me the following day but was told they appeared to have been worn. She told them they were not,  so then she was told they appeared to have cat hair on them and someone could have an allergic reaction to them if they were to try and re-sale them, so she left.  Upon hearing what had happened, I returned to the store  to see if I could return them. The clerk said they did not appear to be worn to her and that they still  looked bran new.  While trying to refund the Visa card I purchased them on it was discovered that the Burlington  employee had never actually charged me for them. YES! Burlington let me leave the store with unpaid merchandise  in the first place! We also checked the receipt, they were not purchased. (Now what what was  Burlington going to Do?) They clerk said they would probably take them back and re-sale them!!  But wait! The leggings are good enough  to sell now? Before they were not good enough to take back and now they are willing to take them back & re-sale them even at the cost of some unsuspecting customer having an allergic reaction to all that cat hair!  Shame  on you Burlington Coat Factory for your very  poor customer service and obvious double standards!!  This was my first and last time shopping at this store or any Burlington Coat Factory. BUT, the experience did give me a good and funny story to to tell all my friends and I'm sure my friends will tell their friends and those friends will tell their friends and so on & so on! I would have given no stars but I had to give them one star in order to post this review  Oh yea, Thanks for the free leggings Burlington Coat Factory!!  :)   By the way, the return policy states: Its Simple,  if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason to just return it  within 30 days with a receipt,   As long as it is unused and in Good Condition......I guess they didn't really mean ANY REASON, Again  with the double standards??????

It was an awesome shopping experience. My daughter got some really cute clothes. And the prices are very reasonable

Went in to register for Baby Shower and everything we tried to scan we couldn't because the store wouldn't allow us to scan it!! The scanner just started beeping all loud and crazy and wouldn't stop so we only got a chance to scan only 13 items for my daughter's shower! 😡😡😠😠
