I was with my daughter shopping for her wedding dress. She had an appointment and they were very friendly and attentive. Emily asked questions and listened to my daughter's answers and was able to narrow down just exactly what she was looking for. We had appointments at three bridal shops that day and I felt that Ladies and Gents worked the hardest to get it right. My daughter bought her dress from them.

All of the ladies were very kind and professional. Rachel pulled a dress for me I wouldn't have even looked at and I loved it so much that it's my wedding dress now! Alterations were completed quickly and well.
I would definitely recommend coming here to find your wedding gown :)
They also have a beautiful, unique selection of dresses!

I didn't actually buy my wedding dress here I just had it altered. They don't have much options or sizes available. The people that work here are mediocre at best. One girl was super nice and helpful but unfortunately I never got her name. The rest are standoffish which is strange for this type of environment. Overall the alterations done on my dress were good and I was happy with the outcome. I just suggest making people feel welcome when they are shopping for or preparing for their wedding.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My experience here was bad from the get go. Made an appointment to get my wedding dress altered, I waited for a month and they call me the day before my appointment to tell me they had to push me forward another week, I go in and they help out all the other girls that had no appointments before me just because they got there earlier (even though I had an appointment). My next appointment gets pushed back again (surprise surprise). The next appointment after that was the final one and my dress was supposed to be ready for pick up. I pick it up 2 weeks before the wedding only to find out my dress won't be ready until my actual wedding day. I was furious. They accidentally wrote down my wedding date instead of my actual appointment. They continually apologized and said they would give my dress a free cleaning which they never did (another surprise). If I was the manager I would really fire the girl who did that to me, my wedding almost got cancelled because she wrote down the wrong date.  I will never step foot in this place again, the manager really needs to redefine her employee's "skills".

First bridal shop I stop at for my wedding dress. I didn't have the best experience. The girl didn't catch her name but didn't bother helping try on dresses. She just put them in the dressing room & said come out whenever your ready so thankfully I had my maid of honor there to help. They seemed rude & if i was not worth their time. Which I went in with an appointment. Must I say I went to Davids bridal just down the street & i wentold as a walk in & i was treated 100 times better then here & the girl helped me with every dress try on. Everyoneso experience is different but mine sure wasn't here.
