Great selection at affordable prices. Much more convenient than going to the shopping mall down the road.

Store seems to be growing smaller. The workers were very friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I paid $200 for my shopping today I was really happy with what I got but I was also disappointed with the customer service.            Cashier name was Dorothy. She was really nice and helpful but what happened we never asked to give us a big bag for our large pillow we purchase. By the time we reach the front door I told my husband let me go ask the lady over there she might give me a one bag for the pillow. There was the employee standing by the front door behind the computer not sure what she was doing but I was very nicely ask her if she can give me one plastic bag for my pillow. She looked at me and she said NO! you have to go and ask the cashier. I look back and I saw Dorothy was already busy with the other customer so I ask this employee ( not sure what was her name )please can you give me one bag and she said no.
I look at her and I said so you cannot give it to me ? why not? 
She just unfriendly look at me and she said I just cannot.
I just said wow because for stuff like that you are really speechless why she's there? That would be a question for the manager of the store.

The whole store is made for small and skinny people.  They had no xL shirt or size 36 pant sad.

STAFF IS NASTY .THUER PEOPLE SKILLS ARE O. IF YOU PAY FOR ITEMS WITH CASH U CAN'T  RECEIVE  YOUR MONEY BACK EVEV IF YOU.HAVE YOUR RECEIPT SHOWING U PAIID CASH THEY TERTURN YOUR M ONEY IN A GIFT CARD TO MAKE SURE U SPEND YOUR MONEY AT BURLINGTON . O DONT CARE WHO SHOPS AT. BURLINGTON IN DAYTONA I WILL NEVER.SHOP THERE AGAIN U GUYS NEED TO HIRE A NEW MANAGER. THWT ONE STI NKS
