They didn't let me try on a pair of sneakers I was trying to buy, but they let me throw on a similar pair in the same size. I signed up for the rewards thing and the cashier hit the "receive marketing emails" button before I could hit the "no thanks." Not a big deal, I'll probably just unsubscribe later. I've been there probably twice and staff has been pretty helpful both times

I was ignored by both black employees and they seemed angry. I’m going to go ahead and assume it’s because of my race because I’m a white male. I was going to buy a $100 pair of shoes, but walked out due to the unkindness and I felt like I was shunned. Thanks Finish Line!

I went here and bought a pair of shoes it wasn't untill I got home to wear my shoes that I seen that it was two left feet. I called and asked a woman how this could happen and she told me it was because the store took a closing finish line's shoes and I had two display shoes. So you would think they would have the other shoe...WRONG i went to return it and they said they don't have it I paid 50 for the shoes and they only want to give me 30 back. Don't go here they are not fair and won't give me my money back or the other side to the shoe that I have. There policies are bad and they don't care about customer service. NEVER GO HERE. That's why do many of the stores are closing. Hope this helps you: If your in the Volusia mall to to Jimmy Jazz or Journeys.
