I had not been to the Burlington Coat Factory in over five years and I was a bit surprised before this place used to be amazing the quality of products that they used to have very organized now it doesn't seem that it's that way anymore and a lot of the people that they have working really don't care about what they're doing just putting in their hours and getting out but it lacks a lot of customer service you still have good quality deals but customer service is non-existent.

This Burlington coat factory is really nice.  I liked it because it was clean  and organized unlike the one in Alhambra. Also, they have a much better selection  than Alhambra. Lastly, staff seems nice and friendly. I would recommend this store.

Seemed a little disorganized.... some staff were helpfull and working there butts off... Others... Well let's just say they suck... I may go back.. I may not... To be continued............
