DO NOT EVER SHOT AT TOTAL FASHION, THEY ARE RUDE AND UNFAIR! I went in on a Tuesday evening at about 8:25 pm to exchange a coat/jacket that I received as a gift, it was a size too small and I wanted to exchange it for the same item. There was nobody in the store but the 2 women working there and myself and 2 daughter's that walked in. I walked up to the cashier area and the women were in the back by the fitting rooms, they sat there and stared at me for about 3 minutes before one of them walked up to me and asked if I needed help. I advised her what my reason for being there was and she refused to exchange the item which had the original tag, was clearly brand new and that I had a receipt for. She was rude and called me a liar in front of my children because she claimed that the receipt had been tampered with, even though the item description, price and all other items totaling to a purchase of $130 were clearly printed on the receipt. I advised her that I simply wanted to exchange for the same item or something of lesser value and did not want cash back or store credit, an exchange is all I wanted! She claimed that the item was "final sale" because it was NOW on clearance (was not on clearance when purchased) nor was a "final sale" indicated on the receipt. I will never shop here again and recommend that you shop elsewhere also. Unfortunatley this will probably happen to someone else because stores like this are usually family run and they'll keep doing this over and over. Now I am stuck with a jacket that doesn't fit. DO NOT SHOP AT TOTAL FASHION. MIRY IS LOCATED IN THE SAME SHOPPING CENTER, IT IS A SIMILAR STORE WITH A MUCH LARGER SELECTION AND MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!
