Really annoyed. Should take yalls website down. This place is not a gym. New to the Whittier area looking for a place to sell old baby clothes and to buy used baby stuff this is the first one to show up on goggle. Drove all the way here for nothing.

I was so excited to find the glider chair that was right for me. The employee said people were looking at it and to hold the chair I needed to put $10 down and could pick it up when I had a truck or van to bring it home. I thought OK even though my parents wanted to buy the chair for me I thought I'll put $10 down to hold it. The employee proceeded to charge my card little to my knowledge she charged me the full $85! What? Still a good deal so I thought oh well my parents can just pay me back. 
When I went to pick up the chair yet the Canoga Park location was consistently closed until one day they closed permanently. I was so frustrated because I had already paid for the glider no one had contacted me about the closure out how to get my chair. 
One day I called and finally someone answered and I was able to explain my situation, I was immediately hung up on and after that no one would answer when I called. Talk about bad/unprofessional business practices, I'm literally in disbelief how people can live with such low integrity.  
I went online and saw they opened a new store in panorama city. It said "we've moved", with the new address... so I decided to drive across town (34 weeks pregnant) to the new location only to realize the store on Reseda in panorama city didn't exist.
I wish I had never paid to put something on hold I feel like I was tricked, taken advantage of and literally robbed.

Store isn't very big, little difficult to find. Not a huge selection to choose from either. Few things I found were a good price. Couple things they had priced way too high for being a consignment store. Could've found it cheaper on Amazon to be honest. But overall it was an alright store.

Love this store. The owner is very nice. Traded a stroller for store credit and was able to find really cute clothes for my baby boys.

trying to call store all week so i dont travel all the way over for nothing... they dont anwer their phone. a voicemail picks up and says call back during business hours... its 3pm on a thursday...
