We find some good stuff here sometimes. It's like any store of this nature. Sometimes you find something sometimes you don't you just have to keep your eye out. They have a ton of inventory. It can be cluttered and disorganized at times, but you can find some great deals here.

Save your time and money go to TJ Maxx. Burlington Coat Factory is a hot mess. The place is cluttered and hard to find anything.

It's consistently trashed. I've been here multiple times; it's not just happenstance. Many areas are disorganized. An item category (say, pajama pants) can be in multiple locations. You never know if what you're looking at is the complete selection. The toy section looks like a tornado went through it.
