My experience at this Burlington coat factory was great. This location is big and you'd think that because of how big it is, that you'd have to wait in long lines for hours. That was not the case at all. The cashiers are very  precise and quick, yet also friendly. They kept the lines moving at a study pace. I just love shopping here.

Worst customer service ever, waited in line for 25 mins. Cashier named Denise had an attitude towards a customer. Never going to shop here anymore. Wish I could give 0 stars.
