I love shopping here from smelling the new perfumes to buying those  name brand items at a very low cost.  Except for the 1 incident that cost me my brand new 475.00 Coach  Purse that the manager never  got back to me about.  If it wasn't for that it would have got 5 stars!

I almost never go wrong shopping at Macy's! They save me everytime. I had been desperately searching for a white Juniors dress IN AUGUST of all times and couldn't find one. Told my daughter,  "Let's check Macy's" and sure enough, they had the Perfect little white dress and a Perfect price for my wallet! Thank you Macy's ♡

They should probably have more "open" cashiers on weekends especially on Holiday Season. Other than that I like the store, they have a huge selection of active-wear and really great discounts.

Everyone that works here is lovely and helpful, but I have to give a shout-out to Tabitha in Cosmetics. She is helpful, knowledgeable about the brands and products that Macy's carries and loves cats. She's a gem. 😀
