We brought a pair of shoes to the cashier, immediately she tore the sticker off and said she couldn't sell them to us for said price, stating that these shoes cost more, I asked to speak to a manager and she refused. We went back and found two more pairs at the exact same price and showed them to her. Only then did she acknowledge that we didn't "change" the price and rang us up without an apology. Her name, Tasha, very rude and supposedly the manager on duty.

The store service sucks! I once had a problem in the store and the Muslim manager could not help me. What good is she? This store has went to the dogs. New manager please

Personally I love Ross; they have amazing prices and good items! However, the customer service in this Ross specifically is terrible! There are never employees on the floor to help the customers. The employees are too busy talking amongst each other to pay attention to the customers. The employees look unhappy to be there. The cashiers are extremely fast and impatient. Not only do they not speak to you or look you in the face; they call up the next person before you even take your wallet out to pay, so that there is a new customer placing their items on the counting waiting while you are completing your purchase. They do not even hand you your receipt, while they are ringing the next person up they ask you to rip your receipt off of the machine. One of the worst customer services I have experienced. I did not like.
