Found very nice name-brand items, but it takes a long time to sort and dig through all of the merchandise in store in order to find reliable brand names. The cashiers were very nice, welcoming, and helpful too. Only complaint is that the store is not organized to its best, however, if you have time to shop, the prices are excellent and unbeatable!

Half the store is empty I am not sure why and its been like that for awhile now. The have pretty good deals here but the wait at the register is RIDICULOUS!

I interviewed at this location with the store manger KIM (STORE 471 HOUSTON, TEXAS) who was very uninviting, not presentable, and  monotoned. The interview lasted all of maybe 5-10 minutes. I was dressed presentable where Kim even complimented me (more than her current employees, smiled and made continuous eye contact). When I Interviewed, Kim informed me that she would be interviewing for a few days, but that she would call me back for a second interview. So out of respect I did not call and harass her I gave her a weeks time to return my call. She never called back. I had to call her. When I spoke with her on the phone she stated she usually extends an offer right then or the next day, but she no longer does that. (Right you caught both of those lies?) and used the excuse she was being flagged down to get off the phone although her employee transferred the call to her office. It is very unprofessional to lie to a potential candidate about a job position and how business is handled. And, mind you Kim wants you to be available to work only 12 hours but keep your entire schedule open for those 12 hours (ex. Not work another position anywhere else). I know for a fact that she has positions available because they're available online as well as employees in store informing me that the positions are open. She would rather hire teenagers who have no idea of what they're doing. I know because I've been in there on several occasions. Their assistant managers Terry and Tawana are EXCELLENT they answer the phones professionally and are very courteous and the store is ran beautifully when they're there. Not only did Kim loose a potentially great employee who was willing to go the extra mile for 12 hours, but she has also lost a shopper at this store. I'd rather take my business to Burlingtons else where.

I love this store! A true one stop shop for my entire family, especially my 10 yr old and 7 month old girls!Always organized and friendly staff!
