Should be 0 stars! My daughter purchased her first car here..pre owned. She bought a 4 year old Accent for $10 thousand . She has had the car for 2 yrs. put a battery brakes and tires on the car. The car started knocking on her way to work so she took it right to her mechanic. The engine is shot..she still owes $5000 on the loan and the car is scrap. She went back to Burlington Hyundai and the games  began they told her she had to bring the car for them to see. Her mechanic advised she not drive the car..it was in Cambridge she had to drive it to Burlington. Long story short..after a lot of back and forth games they couldn't get her into a vehicle she could afford. When she said she had to think about the offer because it was over her budget she was told..if she left they might not be able to give her the same deal the next day. We went to a Ford dealership on a friends recommdation. She was treated with so much respect! They gave her more for her car sight unseen..got her in a brand new well equipped car within her budget. Even though she had to carry the existing loan from the scrap car Hyundai sold her!! When the offer was all written up ..it was even suggested that she take it home make sure she was comfortable with everything and let them know when she had made a decision. THAT'S customer service! She's in a new car and had a very positive experience.

Great staff from the minute you walk in. You have to know the reviews are one sided - i've always had a pleasant experience at this dealership.They care about their customers, and i like that they are a family run business. I like that i am supporting local. Congrats to all the staff here for doing a great job.

Changed my rating to two stars. Wouldn't buy here again because the service is the worst. Management doesn't care about you after the sale and the the service is sub-par. Make sure you ask them to set the correct amount of kms between your vehicles "next service due" warning because it's pre-set to schedule service more often than required by the manufacturer.

For over fifteen years I have enjoyed and driven different models of one car with excellent service. Having returned to Burlington I decided to buy locally, eliminate transportation and make a total change in my last vehicle purchase. I read reviews and road tested my final choices and decided on the newly designed 2018 Elantra GT SE. The dealership and staff at Burlington Hyundai contributed to this decision but I have to say my sales lady, Lori cinched my choice with her knowledge and willingness to listen and answer all the questions I put before her. She is the epitome of what someone in sales should be and provided the ultimate in customer service. Satisfaction will be complete if the service department lives up to the experience so far.
