Not only is Discovery Ford my local "around the corner Ford dealer", they are also my favorite dealership by far! From sales to service I have always been impressed. Most recently had the vehicle in for some service work and they have always lived up to their price, their word and stand behind their work. I would HIGHLY recommend going to them for any and all of your Ford needs.

I am very happy with my car and the service I received. Although I had to make quite a few trips back to the dealership to have some things fixed and/or looked at that were forgotten prior to pickup, all repairs were covered despite my having already paid for the car. I noticed the windshield was scratched AFTER I already paid for and picked up the car, yet Discovery Ford still covered the cost of a new windshield and replaced it for free. I am very impressed with all of the work they did to ensure I am happy with the car I purchased. A special shout out to Dave Morgan, Ivan, Valerie and Steven, who are all incredibly friendly and helpful members of the Discovery Ford team. They made this experience smooth and enjoyable and ensured that I was 100% satisfied with the vehicle I purchased. I recommend going to this dealership if anyone is looking for a new or used vehicle.

Washer fluid hose came unfixed between the firewall and engine. I called to ask how long it would take to fix, they asked me to come in and they would try to fit it in on the same day. Considering it was Saturday, I didn't expect to be fit in, but they acknowledged that given the time of year (winter) it merited priority. They did the repair within an hour and I walked out under $50. Most other places would have forced a minimum ~$80 inspection/hourly rate fee. Dealerships have an especially bad reputation for price gouging or encouraging unnecessary work. But time and time again, I've found this place to be trustworthy, reasonably priced and helpful with discussions. Only negative was point was most recently. I got a direct call from the service dept guy who helped me to follow up and ask if everything was good and if I was happy with the service. The call itself didn't bother me, I just feel horrible that this genuinely nice guy who's good at his job is now having to make these cringe-worthy telemarketing type of calls. Sorry Frank, the dealership should really set up a review board on their site instead of making you guys call or sending links to comment on Google or Yahoo. Your tech dept needs a new hire.

Vehicle sale was typical back and forth. I have no problem with that, we worked for our deal and the sales person worked for his company. In the end we got the vehicle (Ford Escape) we wanted at a price we felt comfortable with. Service department has been called on once and that was pretty straight forward, nothing special. Vehicle turn around time was on par with their estimate and communication was good. From our interactions, overall friendliness is where this place lost points. Unless I was doing business with the person, no one said hello. Lots of people walked by us in our visits for the purchase and we waited a fair bit for service and no one said hello. It was strange really.

First class reception, waiting lounge and people. Always friendly and willing to assist. Following my usual oil change, tire rotation etc they provided a complimentary car clean up. Great place to deal with ... knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks! Recently had a SYNC issue which was really attributable to a weak battery. Frank in Service put his finger on the issue. After the battery was replaced (on warranty) the SYNC worked perfectly and the rear camera focus and brightness was improved. Funny what issues a weak battery will cause. Overall the issue was spotted quickly and a repair was effected quickly. Again, THANKS!
