I had a great time dealing with the Gem Autos team. Great customer service and great knowledge. Super happy with my new F-150. What I loved about them the most was that they were not pushy. They asked what I was interested in, and gave me several suggestions and found a truck that fits me PERFECTLY! I also appreciated that they were honest about any limitation the vehicle may have. My family and I will definitely return to them for our next car purchase.

Drove all the way down from Barrie and was met with a fantastic experience. Honest and helpful staff, quick, efficient process. Definitely worth making the trip! Highly recommended.

I drove all the way from Ottawa to buy my dream car Infiniti M 37  and it was worth to drive 500 km. Their service and price was amazing . Family run business with clean vehicles. They gave excellent price for my vibe as Trade In . Thanks Gem Autos

bought a vehicle for almost $7000 CASH....received my vehicle on EMPTY...had them certify vehicle for me to save me the trouble...received my vehicle and noticed after the summer was over and the winter began that the rear defrost did not work.  The passenger visor falls off when I try to use it.....the gas tank door does not open....had to have a mechanic jerry rig from the hatch back a pull cord directly to the gas cap door to open to get gas.  Within the first few months of owning my vehicle I had to pay a mechanic $1,400 for a repair.  Not to mention what  a hassle it was getting the vehicle from the dealership in the first place.  I through hind sight can see that this dealership is not about selling you a good quality vehicle.  I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I cared about.  I would not ever buy from this dealership again.  Not an honest dealership at all.  These are just a few of the issues I experienced with this dealership.
