A disappointing shopping experience at the very end. Burlington is what you'd expect from a store who sells sale pricing merchandise. Quality is what it is. The part that turned this from 5 star to 2 star, was the restriction of being able to take their shopping carts to the parking lot/leaving the store. It's probably the most insane concept I've ever heard of before. Being a family with 2 infants and a 8 month pregnant wife to have the security guard say "You have to carry it from here". Seriously? We just purchased 5 oversized wall art, and a bunch of home decor that barely fit in the cart.

 I would not recommend purchasing anything larger than you can carry. Especially since they say they will have someone help carry it to your car but in reality they complain the whole time they're carrying your item. It was a lovely experience.

I am SO STOKED that there is finally a Burlington's closer to my home! I have been a GIANT fan of the Burlington's West Ashley location since I became a parent 11 years ago, most of my wardrobe, my children's wardrobe, including Easter and Christmas dresses, have come from Burlington West Ashley. While this N Chas store is super clean and organized as of now, it has only been open a few months, so I suspect it will be packed with apparel, home furnishings, accessories, and hair/skin products in every corner of the store relatively soon, which I am okay with, because that is when prices start to fall! Love the location and I LOVE that I don't actually have to enter Northwoods Mall to shop there!! Total bonus!!

Patricia was very rude. The place is nice but staff being rude for no reason really kills the shopping mood.
