Super small toy section and very small selection of swimsuits casual selection of shoes not so nice this Burlington has a certain style of close not for everybody it use to be better..and there is a cashier named Rosa she is African American and is very rude she refused to look up a ipu number for the lady in front of me and just kept cutting her off when attempted to inform her her about the ipu number by saying no there is no way of knowing this item is from out store because the the tag didn't have the bar code she was very arrogant and when my turn was up..I told her if she could fix the price on a shirt that clearly did not cost $15 and it had the pants missing. She said it's $15 bucks because the pants are missing so I turned to my daughter to tell her that we weren't going to get this item she interrupted me and said I'll take that! In a rude way while still having the items to scan..very rude lady I will not be returning to this Burlington she's often the only cashier and it's always a hassle dealing with her.

I love to support any business in Moreno valley. I like shopping here it would be perfect if they just stepped up their customer service. The entire time I was shopping the employees didn't speak and even avoided eye contact. Even if they were standing right next to me putting items back. The only person that spoke and was helpful was the cashier Brenda

This store is a complete disaster inside and lines are super long. I was there to return an item with a receipt within 30 days which is their store policy within 30 days for any reason your satisfaction is guaranteed. My wife and daughter were told once that "this is a discount store we don't do returns." My daughter spoke up and said "I've returned items here before" he asked what did she return she told him baby clothes. Then he tells them yes that's fine but we don't allow large items to be returned. So my wife and daughter left. I went back a few days later and went to the customer service desk where I was told By Eva (acting Manager) I have to wait in the long purchase line to return. After I get up there Eva comes to the register and tells me they can't accept the return because they believe I've opened the box and it could be missing parts. I told her that was my concern as well. She then told me if it were sold like that the cashier would "usually write it on the receipt" I said "usually"? ( I figured at this point it will be accepted but no) so I inform her that my wife was given other reasons before as to why we could not return the item. She then informed me that that was their policy. I asked to see this policy. She pointed at the sign on the counter. I informed her that that sign does not say anything like the excuses I'm being told and that I think they are arbitrarily making up reasons. She told me that I was holding up the line and to come back in 3 days to speak with Steve another manager but she was reluctant to tell me when he was working. I've already filed a complaint with corporate and i will be returning this one way or the other. if corporate doesn't do anything. I will be implementing my own policy and enforcement technics to rectify this horrible customer service problem. I suspect some of the reviews are employees. I couple have same style wording and the ones that give 5 stars but tell you nothing about the place. C'mon. Update: _______________________ I was able to return it after a complaint thru corporate. And after all that. 4 trips to the store 6 different reasons why it can't be returned. And I had a receipt that was within the 30 days. 1. This is a discount store no returns. 2. We don't take back large baby items. 3. It's been used. 4. It's been opened and maybe missing parts. 5. Your purchase was more then 30 days ago. 6. We don't take back any baby items. Everyone all the way up the chain at the store claimed "they don't make the policy" and could not show me one either. Never did anyone ever open or look inside to examine the product. Ever. It seems they are more concerned with the denying of the return rather then the legitimacy of the return and condition of the product is not a consideration at all. I don't think I'll be back. Or maybe I will to see if it's improved at all. I'm all about education and customer service. Let's see if they improve.

This store is well-stocked even though it's somewhat disheveled. The lighting in the front of the store is insufficient with several lights off (not very inviting). But overall, I shop here because they always have what I came for and more.
