DON'T GO HERE! Horrible customer service. Took them 3 days to contact me to tell me they weren't shipping the Christmas gifts because one of them was a 'hover board' type scooter. After contacting both UPS corporate and a manager for another store, UPS declared that they could send the scooter, the manager then argued with me telling me that 'the store that shipped it was in violation of policy' how can corporate UPS, a district manager and another store manager all be wrong and this store be right. This place should be sold back to UPS corporate.

I am very upset with the service of delivery.  I paid $16.00 to have my packaged sent to my daughter in Arizona and she still has not received her package.  First, the girl tells me that I didn't need to put an apartment number (and I did).  Second, she tells me that it will be delivered on Tuesday  (it was not).  Third, they said there was an attempt to deliver and they did not even go to the door.  We are better off going to post office.
