The Burlington Town Center Redevelopment Project will create a more modern and vibrant downtown Burlington, Vermont, hub by developing a mixed-use facility offering much-needed housing, better retail and services for residents and visitors, and new office space to support the growth of area businesses. Additionally, this project will reconnect the city’s urban streets and will create a place where people truly can live, work and play right in the heart of downtown Burlington.

Worst mall ever. This mall doesn't update times online.  They send their drunk Santa home way early every year on the day before Christmas. If you want to see what a homeless shelter looks like with no funding, then this smelly brown hole is for you. Enjoy the security guards who are belligerent and snippy.  They also smell as bad as a homeless persons underwear.  Enjoy wasting your time and supporting their cesspool for junkies to shoot up and fully shower in their bathrooms where there are only sinks and toilets.  It was just spectacular there, said no one ever.

I gave two stars instead of one because there’s a starbucks and a five guys right next to eachother that you can get to without even stepping foot inside the mall itself. The truth of the situation is that nobody wants to go to a shopping mall on church street, they’d rather look around in the boutiques. As a result, there really is no more shopping mall and there hasn’t been for a while. It’s being renovated but who knows what they’re actually planning on putting in. Why are you still reading! There’s nothing here! Go to Umall instead 👉

Area is nice, not much shopping option. Good restaurants. Restroom was closed for maintenance.
