This is a lovely outdoor marketplace. A car-free zone in the middle of Burlington. Although likely a tourist trap if you allow, there are certainly good places to eat, even if you have to venture a block or two beyond the market. There are also some very interesting and unique shops there. It makes for a nice day strolling along and leisurely shopping. It is perfect for an afternoon or a few hours and gives a nice feel for the city and people of Burlington.

A great pedestrian mall. Lots of shops and restaurants. It's lots of fun for people watching. It feels safe but I would still lock your car and keep valuables out of sight. The parking ramp is free for a short stay but rates are reasonable. Street parking is patrolled like a shark so feed the meters.

Church Street is awesome. Great spot to be in the summer. There are some cool restaurants that you can sit outside at on Church Street. It is pedestrian only but there are a few cross streets for cars. Not many cars cruss other than car ride services. I would recommend checking it out in the summer.

One of the nicest downtowns I've been to. Nice selection of bars, lounges and restaurants. There is also a decent amount of good stores to shop in. There is also a good amount of parking, and while it's all metered, the prices are quite fair. Just be aware that all retail stores in the church st area close by 6 or 7, with a few staying open until 8. So if you are out skiing and want to do some shopping after the lifts close you better go straight from the slopes. Par

Cleanest outside mall I’ve ever seen in my entire life. If you are a tobacco user “no smoking” signs plastered all over the place. Great for window shopping or just getting out and enjoying some fresh air.
