Martie and her team are awesome. They are with you EVERY step of the way from looking at the first home all the way to closing on just the right one. She actually cares and wants you to be happy and helps you to through what can be a stressful time. They take care of everything. Highly recommend them if you’re looking to buy or sell a home. The Burnett Real Estate group is a truly incredible group of people.  Having worked with Martie and her team previously (to sell a home in 2012), it was without question that we contacted her again in 2017 when we were ready to sell our home.  There are so many things we love about Martie.  It is  impossible to not fall in love with her friendly personality and fun demeanor.  She is immediately responsive to emails, phone calls, texts, etc (as is her whole team).  Communication absolutely could not be better.  We felt that Martie guided us well for optimally listing our home at the right time with the right price.   Her team was helpful with staging and getting our home ready for listing.  Her photographer is friendly and efficient and uses state of the art photography and videography to market to the online world we live in.  Within 3 days our home was listed, shown 16 times, received multiple offers above asking price, and under contract.  Martie was amazing with helping us choose the right offer and analyze what was best for our family.  From contract to closing, Martie and her team kept us informed and up to date on all aspects of the sell. I first met Martie and Matt Burnett, when Matt supervised a beautiful and extensive kitchen renovation in my home. It was a huge project that ended up including replacing stairs, doors, flooring, as well as the kitchen itself, in a custom log home that made construction very challenging. The end result was absolutely gorgeous and functional! When I had to move for personal reasons, I had no hesitation in turning to Martie, who had been helpful with sources through the kitchen renovation, and knowing her husband Matt could stay on top of inspection repairs. Martie has been absolutely incredible. I have never met anyone who goes above and beyond the call of duty, to take the entire burden of selling homes off my shoulders and making it as efficient, quick, thorough, and advantageous as possible. I actually sold three properties through her, the last one which was my main residence was sold to close friends. This was a delicate transaction to navigate and Martie was just superb, making sure to represent me fairly and handling all negatiotaions with directness, consideration, and plenty of common sense. She has done everything, put me in touch with great people to thing from trash removal to the sale of furniture and motor equipment, and does 100% of the worrying for me. She is absolutely the best agent I've come across in almost 15 years of real estate transactions. Her honesty, hard work, and ingenuity are head and shoulders above the rest, and I can't recommend her highly enough! She is truly the best agent I have ever come across!

Martie was recommended to us by a family member.  In retrospect, we couldn't have been any luckier to have someone like Martie guide us through our home buying process.  Martie exemplifies how a true professional conducts themselves in all avenues.  This is from the initial meeting, selling, research, building, closing, and warranty.  Martie's team also provides the complete home buying package to ensure all details are covered.  Not only did I gain a real estate agent, I gained a friend, and a resource for life.

I had contacted Vicki Woodard after being recommended to her  by my mother-in-law in order for us to find a house to buy in the Springfield area. My husband had just gotten a job as a teacher there, we had two dogs and wanted something affordable but that had everything that we needed. Vicki was enthusiastic, on task and honest. At first we really didn't think we'd find the house that we wanted until we expressed interest in the neighborhood we are in now- Vicki got us to see the house before it was up on the market. Not only that she connected us with a great loan officer and helped to make sure things were as smooth as possible. Now we are home owners and I couldn't be happier with the purchase of our first home!
