I'm reposting this for both locations....because they are awful.

This is a long over due review of this so called "company". If I could give ZERO or negative stars I would. When I moved here I was recommended by an agent that knew the owner. However upon moving out they tried to charge me for double coat repainting the entire unit $850, as well as replacing the "very old carpet" as stated by Stanley Steamer a professional carpet cleaning company. I was also blamed for "dead grass" that I paid their lawn company to maintain, during November in northern Illinois that had multiple feet of snow and I was charged for dead grass and lawn care I paid them for. My pipes froze in the winter because "mine were buried 5 feet deeper than the other units." I wasn't told about this and they didn't offer help when I came back from business all they said was "I can use the vacant unit to shower and maybe do laundry."(since I bought my own washer and dryer).  When I called the emergency number that was the owners cell, he told me to "just drink from a hose."  He also hung up multiple times and would not address my issues. 
You do not want to be with this "rental company. I was told that the buyer "got in over his head and didn't know how many repairs were needed and he couldn't make them all." Their plumber/electrician/repair man is the same person. I was also charged for the shower he couldn't repair and never did. These rentals are a joke and are not recommended. I have all the email/statement and photo proof to back all of this review up. Do not rent with them. There are better places that won't screw you for money in the ROCKFORD, mechesney, loves park area.

Met Dawn at an open house in my neighborhood and just loved her energy. When we decided we wanted to start looking I remembered her and contacted her. I have not regretted it! Dawn has been supportive and a great listener to what we are looking for. She also recommend someone to us to help with first time home buyers program and we also have not been dissatisfied with him. I would recommend Dawn from D&N any day!
