Unfortunately i had to bring down the rating from 5 to 2 due to poor service quality which i am experiencing from last three visits. Service department was the best and very knowledgeable for a layman like me. Very customer friendly. Now non of the qualities are there. There is too much to say but i better stop here. lol

The sales manager, Vince, was a pleasure to deal with. He was upfront and honest and was able to provide the info requested in a timely manner and over the phone (instead of in person) since I was traveling for work. Often times advertised prices change when you get there - or the car is not available but this time everything we discussed was on the contract and we were in/out of the dealer in under 2 hours.

Brought a preowned in October of 2016, since have had to service the vehicle due to transmission issues more than all my previous vehicles combined(20+ years, none from this dealership). Every 3 months or 2000 miles the 2011 GMC Terrain starts riding like a bucking bronco. It has stalled out twice on major highways and once while driving over a bridge. Although we have an easier time with the carseats now than our previous vehicle, you can imagine my concerns with safety. Long story short, they were given an opportunity to rectify the situation and mistook that for another sit down at their negotiation table. No thanks, plenty of dealerships elsewhere that haven't put my family in something so unsafe and unreliable. ****Buyer Beware****

Recent purchase here was a delightful experience, salesman Doug Brennan was polite and very knowledgable unlike the Chevy dealer down the street on 73 that was the typical "car salesman".

I spend a lot of time on forums where people discuss their vehicles. I hear lots of people complaining about their dealerships. How they don’t give loaners out, have poor scheduling, do poor repair jobs, and misdignose issues. I bought my GMC slightly used at a ford dealership. Someone had traded it in for a ford. I have been taking my truck in for service at burns. They give me a loaner pretty much every time I need to take my truck in. Never any hassles and you’d never know that I didn’t even buy a vehicle from them. I didn’t realize how good of dealership it was until I starting reading online forums about the issues people have with many dealerships. Nothing but good things to say about them.
