This was the easiest and best car buying experience that I've ever had! I have 2 small children at home and my sales team worked quickly in order to minimize my time in the dealership. We communicated via email as well and much of the paperwork was completed before I even came to the show room. Chris, Doug and Bill were all excellent to work with. I will highly recommend Burns Honda in Marlton to my family and friends!

I have given Burns Honda a 5 star recommendation based on the red carpet treatment I received upon my arrival by the receptionist and my Sales Consultant Brian Young. This is my very first Honda and of course I was intimidated by my lack of knowledge with regards to this fabulous automobile. My awesome experience began with a phone message left for me by Brian Young. I had inquired about Honda's at several dealerships and Brian Young responded first. His warm and friendly customer service message left on my voicemail peeped my curiosity. I not only wanted to visit Burns Honda but also wanted to meet their sales representative who seemed genuinely eager to assist me in my purchase of my first Honda. Well, they did not let me down. Upon arrival, the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and after making sure I was comfortable called Brian Young. I was so apprehensive because I was alone and not too sure about this. Well, Brian approached me with a warm smile and everything went 5 star and beyond from that point forward. I have dealt with Sales Consultants before but none like him. There should be a Brian Young at every dealership. This gentleman works excessively hard to make sure that your dreams come true. That is what he did for me. He genuinely cares about you and finding the Honda that will fit your personality. Truly skilled in his trade and a joy to know. I honestly believe that the reason the showroom and the lot outside are not cleared of Honda's is because he does not handle every single customer. Thank you Brian. I absolutely love my Honda. Its perfect!!!!! Also, the Burns Honda Team are all so very very nice. You would not want to buy a Honda from anywhere else.

Great shopping experience when hunting for a minivan with my wife. Worked with Sean Davies who was the most knowledgeable salesperson we worked with during contact with about 8-10 different dealerships. There was a genuine enthusiasm for the vehicle that was often lacking elsewhere. We were treated professionally from start to finish. We ended up selecting the Chrysler over the Honda but it was a very close call, and had we opted for the Honda we would have continued working with Burns Honda.

Absolutely terrible! No wonder people call them "stealerships." Needed some spark plugs replaced and the dealership wanted to charge over $800!! Promptly drove down to Pep Boys and bought a pack of spark plugs for $20.00 and watched a 15 minute YouTube video on how to change one. I would definitely avoid Burns Honda at all costs.

My experience in buying a new, Honda Accord from Burns Honda was fair, painless, quick, and well-done through the efforts of Mark Foley. I had a less-than-specific sense of the exact features I wanted. Mark rapidly got to know me and my needs. We arrived at a model that had all that I required, a number of things I'm pleased to have included, and no items that weren't good fits for my driving life. I'm very pleased to have purchased through Burns (again), and exceptionally happy to have had Mark in the mix. Nice job, Mark and team.
