11/17/2017 UPDATE!!! Again Burns motors have proven they are the best!!! Just traded in my 2008 Dodge 4x4 for a brand new 2017 Dodge 1500 loaded. The only way Id have given up that truck was with a heck of a deal!! Anna Paulina sold me on the truck going the extra yard to get me every thing possible in the truck and of course Ms Corrie again got me great financing! Why would you go anywhere else???

UPDATE!!!! Once again Cori and the wonderful staff at Burns have given us a fantastic deal. My daughter just got her 2016 Jeep Latitude, and it was all due to the amazing service from our sales person, Jose" Panama" Urriola and Ms Corrie in financing!!! Thank you again Burns Motors

I would like to praise Burns Motors and its staff. At Burns the whole staff went to bat for us, they really tried to provide us with the very best of deals and when it came to financing, Ms Corie went the extra mile to get us the lowest percentage possible. We have bought two cars there on in 12/15 and another 3/16. If I need another Burns is where Ill buy!  No fancy gimmicks, no catchy TV ads, just solid old fashioned great service!

Burns Motors DOES have great staff and give you straight up honest deals. I've bought 2 cars from this dealership, as well as my father and my brother. Please speak with Victor Meyers, he is always my go to person when purchasing a vehicle. Very nice and works with you. Service department does a great job. Very satisfied.

Worst service ever, took my Pacifica in because it hasn’t been turning on. AAA said it’s a bad cell but guess what the manager at burns motors said? Oh it’s fine we checked it and it’s perfect. 3 days later my car doesn’t turn on. This car has given us so many problems and they’ve done NOTHING to fix it. All they say is “it’s fine” “it should work now” seriously I’m fed up with their service department.

I feel as if they are not there for the customer. There is no hospitality or customer service.  The experience was not that great. They don't care about what you want or try and work with you. I took my old jeep there for transmission issues 4 times and the issue was never resolved so I eventually traded it in.
