Jeremy Burns was originally recommended to us by another attorney who had been in a case against him and indicated that he was surprisingly sharp as opposing counsel.

Now that we've had the opportunity of working together, I absolutely see where that came from. With some of the challenging corporate work we've had to address, Jeremy has demonstrated an amazing ability to quickly and completely comprehend the abstract issues at hand.

Beyond this, his ability to then creatively "think out of the box" and ID alternate paths has been better than most all other attorneys/corporate counsel I've worked with. These attributes paired with his business acumen allows him to develop solutions that not only work "legally" but solutions that also achieve business objectives. Without him and his ability to see the path, we wouldn't be where we are today.

I look forward to working with him on other projects and not only do I consider him our adviser, but also now, a good friend. Regardless of the issue- I would consider going to Jeremy first. If he doesn't know the answer... he'll be up front and tell you. But with the projects we've worked on, I've come to trust more in his ability to figure things out than what he might or might not know (at that moment). ... did I happen to mention that our referring attorney (as opposing counsel) said that he was "sharp"!
