Since 1989, Nordstrand Black PC has represented people who have sustained injury due to the negligence of others.

I can't say enough about the firm of Renee Nordstrand and Doug Black. As an individual with no experience with law, I was nervous and didn't know where to start. On July 2nd 2015, when I was riding my bicycle , I was hit  by a car out of control. I crashed to the ground, and I was injured. A few weeks later, while at the Cottage Rehab Hospital in Santa Barbara, I was introduced to Renee J. Nordstrand. She went right to work investigating my accident and the person who hit me. As the time went by, and I was getting impatient for immediate results, Renee taught me to be patient and to let the negotiations take their course, and to be confident in a positive result. She was right. Her work paid off and I was awarded a compensation for my accident.
Thank you, Renee for your efforts... we came a long way together, and  thank you for being my friend when I needed it.

I highly recommend Renee Nordstrand.  She has represented me and my business over the years.   After hiring her she expertly handled all of my matters to successful conclusions.  I never had to worry about my situation when I left her office.  She always took care of everything.  Her legal skill, expertise and knowledge of the law is evident by the excellent results she obtains.  She aggressively pursues my interests, keeps me informed and gets great results. Renee Nordstrand represented me because I was seriously injured in an auto accident while on the job.  She did the best job for me.  The insurance company refused to pay me any money for my wage loss and offered little for my suffering.  At an arbitration she brought in the experts and convinced the arbitrator to award me full compensation for my injuries and losses.  She is caring and took care of everything for me.  She is the best lawyer and I highly recommend her to everything because she always tries to help the customer and do the best for them.  Juan Padilla
