Always a five star experience at this dealership. I brought my car to Burt Watson for the first time because they were the closest approved repair facility under my extended warranty, what a stroke of luck that turned out to be. I have had nothing but stellar service from both the body shop and the service center. I could name numerous times they have went above and beyond my expectations, but two things stand out prominently. The body shop was able to repair my vehicle at a fraction of the cost of what I anticipated. Who wouldn't be happy about that? The second thing that stands out is how the service center kept me informed during every step of my vehicles repairs, including explaining things to me in plain English, even showing me on the vehicle. I am currently a Dodge aficionado, but I am looking for every excuse to give these guys my business.

My wife and I had a great experience while leasing a vehicle.  Damien was great to work with and made the process enjoyable.  We also worked with Scott concerning credit.  Both of these gentlemen were great to talk to and were very personable.  Overall awesome experience!!

We sat there for 3.5 hours for a oil change and for them to look at my brakes  n they didn't do a courtesy car wash. Let's just say I am not a happy camper. Jason the dealership manager awesome guy and Ken the sales guy great. Service center maintenance slow ass hell the guy didn't even apologize for the wait. I give them 5 star's because of Jason n Ken. That 3.5 hour wait sucks. Everyone seem very friendly. But did I mention the 3.5 hour wait pissed me off.

The manager was wonderful. I had a poor salesman that made promises  at times I felt as though It was a scam. I always had to go through the manager to get any thing properly done. The salesman would get upset when you call the manager to get things done,  but continue to make deals and promises. Buying a car should have been a happy experience, turned out to be a very stressful and overwhelming situation. I would recommend this company but be careful of which sales man you choose to work with.

I was having such a hard time getting out of my previous vehicle. I had went to at least 5 dealerships and no one could help. I drove from Waterford up to Burt Watson and worked with Damian Gallery. Amazing! The whole team there worked so hard and eventually was able to get me out of my jeep into a Silverado. I can not be thankful enough that they were able to make it work. 

Then after only having my truck about a month, someone hit it at in the parking lot at my work. Burt Watson had no problem taking it and working with my insurance company. Also put me in a loaner for a week and a half no questions asked. So thankful for that!

I will absolutely recommend that everyone come there for a new or used car, such great service!!!!
