I give them three stars because I have worked with them when I owned my business. Their work was not what I expected in my opinion and they preach
 about it being a family owned business but only if that family member does as they say and lives up to there expectations. I am disappointed when I hear about a "family owned" company giving up on family members, pushing them out due to personal issues that has nothing to do with the company. I think that's lieing to customers to get more sales.

I'm very pleased with the service we received. We though there might be a gas leak at my daughters house. The man who came out really went the extra mile to check everything inside and out and make sure all was safe and connected properly.

Buss Mechanical was wonderful to work with,  Riley took care of one of our Tenant's on a day where she needed help.  We had a new water heater and a mess cleaned up with in hours.  The tenant was very happy with their work, the owner got a great price and warranty, and they really knew about the product and picking a quality water heater.  Paramount is happy to recommend them to other property managers, as well as home owners.
