I wish I had read the reviews before I went in.  It would have saved me gas money. The service was poor, and the prices were absurd. I told her that her prices were incredibly high, and she suggested I put rubber on my dress shoes. I've owned and worn fine dress shoes for 15 years...never has anybody offered such an outrageously expensive price and as a fallback offered to just throw rubber on the shoes. 

When I objected to her price, she couldn't care less and just kept chewing her gum and singing along to the country music that was playing. I called Johnston and Murphy, they recommended a cobbler that charged exactly 50% of what she did. 

I would avoid going here.

Needed my boots resoled. Was done in minutes.

I brought in some belts that needed resizing.    The owner said she'd text me when they were done.    I expected about a week.    Six months later I'd heard nothing.   I went by, no work had been done on them.   I took them home, there's a place in Auburn I'll try next.

I brought my shoes in for repair and they were done on time.  They needed a little adjustment and she did it at no charge
